Fermented in new French oak barrels, with battonage, where it remained in contact with the fine lees for about 4 months.
Great aromatic complexity in which the notes of tropical fruits, exotic fruits, vanilla, hazelnut, nuances of citrus fruits and white flowers stand out.
It goes well with diverse charcuterie, structured fish, white meat grilled in the oven, grilled red meats and soft cheeses. Serve at 10ºC.
