produced exclusively from the best grapes of the Estate which lent it its name, this wine combines the wine-growing quality of the property with the knowledge of Aveleda in the production of white wines of recognised quality. The grapes are carefully pressed at low pressure, followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures between 16 and 18ºC. After fermentation, the wine goes through ageing in a stainless steel tank during which the fine lees in suspension are maintained. Before its bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.
harmonious wine in which the floral aromas of the Loureiro grape variety are merged to perfection with the tropical notes of the Alvarinho. The result is a complex, elegant wine with a long, persistent after-taste in the mouth.
How to serve
It must be drunk very cold at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
