Producer Notes 2014
Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional.
Beginning of October.
Controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats at 25ºC for one week, followed by 3 months in French new oak barrels and 3 months in aged oak barrels.
Deep red/purple. Attractive spicy ripe red berry and cherry fruit aromas, with anice freshness. Fruity and smooth palate with soft tannins and a good structure. Smooth and elegant finish.
Recommended with roast meat, soft cheese and pasta dishes.
