From vineyards over 25 years old, this wine is produced from the Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Francesa and Sousão varieties. The grapes are fermented for about 10 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, then spent 3 weeks in maceration with the films. 40% of the wine has a stage in wood for 9 months.
