VINEYARD CLASSIFIED: The grapes come from the property's vineyard, the place El Ferro, located in the Villa de Corullón.
SOIL: lower Cambrian Period. Thick lamellar structure slates, located horizontally just a foot from the surface, quartzites, sandstones and clays. Floor characterized by standing in a tectonic fault, because of possible eruptions we can find minerals such as cobalt and titanium, as well as iron, manganese and pyrite.
