Crasto - Red Wine

Crasto Red Wine is crafted by Quinta do Crasto in Portugal’s Porto and Douro Valley region, using a blend of Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Barroca. Produced from carefully chosen grapes, this Douro red is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to retain the freshness of the fruit and the distinct character of each variety. The wine is matured mainly in stainless steel, with a small portion aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, adding complexity and balance.

In the glass, this Portuguese red wine shows a deep ruby hue and an inviting bouquet of fresh red berry aromas with delicate floral touches of violet. The palate is rounded and full, supported by firm structure and smooth, well-integrated tannins. Vibrant fruit flavours carry through the tasting, lifted by a lively freshness that brings harmony and elegance.
