Noval Fine White - Port Wine

Noval White Port, produced by Quinta do Noval, is a white Port wine from Portugal’s Douro and Porto region. It is crafted from classic Douro white grape varieties, including Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Rabigato and Códega. The vinification is designed to retain freshness, aroma and balance, with part of the blend benefiting from skin contact while the rest ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

In the glass, this white Port shows a bright golden-yellow hue and expressive fruit-driven aromas. The palate is smooth, sweet and elegant, with a rich yet fresh character that creates a well-balanced profile. The finish is long, refined and aromatic.
