Noval Extra Dry White - Port Wine

Noval Extra Dry White is a white Port wine from Portugal’s Douro Valley, crafted in the Porto and Douro region. Made from traditional Douro grape varieties such as Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Rabigato and Códega, it offers a bright, fresh and characterful style.

The winemaking is designed to protect the wine’s purity and vibrancy. Around half of the grapes undergo skin contact, while the remaining half are fermented without maceration in sealed stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures. This method helps preserve aromatic intensity, crisp freshness and the refined balance expected from an extra dry white Port.

Pale citrus in colour, this Portuguese white Port shows an expressive nose with lively fruit notes. The palate is smooth and elegant, combining sweetness, acidity and alcohol in pleasing harmony. Fresh and versatile, it is an excellent choice as an aperitif, finishing long, clean and refreshing.
