Royal Oporto Ruby - Port Wine

The Royal Oporto Ruby is a generous and full-bodied port wine. This wine is made from traditional grapes of the region and its vinification process involves the addition of grape brandy to the must in full fermentation. The Royal Oporto Ruby comes from a selection of different Port Wines, rigorously selected and aged in oak barrels, giving it character and an age equivalent to 2 years.

The fermentation begins in "autovinificadores" with pelicular contact until the fermentation is interrupted by the addition of the brandy. The wine then matures in oak barrels for a maximum of two years. The end result is a Ruby Port of ruby color and violet nuances, rich in the aromas of red fruits. This port stands out due to its youth, and by the softness and harmony it brings to the palate.
