Cava - Wines

Cava is a sparkling wine originating from the Catalonia region of Spain. Produced mainly from grapes such as Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada, it is made using the traditional method, similar to Champagne. Today, Cava is produced in various parts of Spain, but over 90% of its production continues to be in Catalonia (especially in San Sadurní de Noya).
