Herdade da Malhadinha Nova is a 744-hectare estate in Albernoa, Beja, in the heart of Portugal’s Lower Alentejo. Here, the vineyard truly is at the core of everything: 80 hectares are planted on gently rolling slopes of schist soils, in a terroir that carefully respects the surrounding ecosystem and encourages biodiversity.
