Herdade do Esporão

Herdade do Esporão is located in Reguengos de Monsaraz, in the Alentejo region. However, they also have wines produced in the Douro (Quinta dos Murças) and wines from the Vinho Verde region (Quinta do Ameal). Esporão aims to produce wine, olive oil and beer in a sustainable way and in its manifesto they value the notion of "living slowly".

It currently has 702 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and other crops and has planted around 40 different grape varieties.
