João Portugal Ramos
In 1980, João Portugal Ramos started in Oenology and over the years made the João Portugal Ramos brand what it is today.
He plants the first hectares of vineyards in Estremoz, Alentejo, at the end of that decade. Its first wine is Vila Santa (Alentejo wine), and later produces wines in Beira Baixa, Douro and also in the Vinhos Verdes region.
Nowadays its wines are present all over the world.
