Loire - Wines

The Loire Valley, located in western France along the Loire River, is a major wine region. Stretching from the hills of Auvergne to the Atlantic coast, it is the third largest appellation in the country. Known for both everyday wines and high-end bottles, the region offers diverse styles, from crisp Muscadet to rich Vouvray and Chinon reds. Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé are its most famous wines.
