Cariñena Grape
Cariñena, also known as Mazuelo or Carignan in Portugal, is a red grape variety of Spanish origin, valued for its vibrant acidity and firm tannins. It is not an easy grape variety for winemakers and requires a lot of work to produce its fine and elegant wines.
